Leys Beach Field School - 2015

In 2015, MADU were invited by the Nautical Archaeology Society (NAS) to help run an Intertidal Hulk Recording weekend for volunteers from the Glamorgan-Gwent Archaeological Trust (G-GAT). The theoretical element of the weekend took place at Llantwit Major, South Glamorgan, South Wales, while the practical sessions were held on nearby Leys Beach, where there are the remains of an unknown wooden shipwreck.

The weekend culminated with a report on the site:
