Sidon (Lebanon) Field School - 2018

In September 2018 MADU were again invited back to the middle east, this time to help run the second NAS course in Lebanon. The course was again funded by the Honor Frost Foundation (HFF), but this time it was hosted by the Lebanese University, and was based in the Mediterranean coastal town of Sidon which lies around 27 miles south of Beirut. The 7-day course was based on the NAS E-learning Recorder and Surveyor Skills Days, with the underwater exercises being carried out off the north-east coast of the off-shore Island of Zire.
